There is a caution in the kata instuctions: 'This kata does not currently have any known supported versions for C++'.
However, you can switch to C language instead.
I am getting the following error, when compiling with C++:
-isystem /runner/frameworks/cpp/ error: C++ requires a type specifier for all declarations

I have tried it on my local computer, I think it's an issue on the server end.
