Treatment of float is unresolved.

Apart from what Blind4Basic and Voile already mentioned, it's not PEP 8-compliant.

Seems to be a duplicate of Sum of Digits / Digital Root.

Rounding to two decimals seems necessary but is not explicitly stated in the instructions.

Just a minor suggestion for the Python kata. You might want to follow PEP 8:

1. Please consider to use lowercase_with_underscores to name the function.
2. Please do not use string for the parameter name since it shadows an existing module with the same name.

For a non-native speaker

Capitalization, punctuation, and word dividers will be ignored when checking if a string is a palindrome [...]

might be misleading since it doesn't happen automatically but is part of the task. What about about giving a more clear instruction, such as

Capitalization, punctuation, and word dividers must be ignored when checking if a string is a palindrome [...]

At the end of the day, this is just a variant of Fizz Buzz. In contrast to the original, this does NOT properly solve the case of numbers divisible by two others, namely 7 and 15.
