I have the same problem. This part is blocker in solving this kata. I was confused with your description. First of all, you have part, that tell us about prioritet 4,4,4,4,0, but in test you have length 66 and split to 14,14,14,14,10. I stacked.

Thanks for kata. I have a suggestion about tests. In this kata I wanted to use Array.prototype.splice, but was not able to do it, because you used one array in all tests.
