Edited descriptions
A drawback of the kata at present is that there are no random test cases.
However, because (currently) the probabilities are hardcoded, after testing, they will always add up to 1.
I have changed the description and sorted the list according to characters.It should be ok now. Thanks for review.

Thanks for the suggestions. Implemented them both, return is now specified in the description and the function name is now called find_secret_num(low, high) instead of guess_number(low, high).
