For 372 you are right; nobody saw the mistake... I will correct it. For 119 you are right too: [-7,1] since -7 is divisible by seven.

Why is expected number of steps in following example 2? Shouldn't it be 1.

m = 372 -> 37 − (2×2) -> 37 − 4 = 33; thus, since 33 is not divisible by 7, 372 is not divisible by 7.
The number of steps to get the result is 2.

And also numbers like 119 are unclear what should good solution return? [-7,1]
