@Blind4Basics, thank you for the feedback. I added information about the time values and the arguments order to the description, so hopefully, it is more clear now. Also the result says that Integer types are used.
I am not so kin of all the Codewars Katas database, but I can see that for Groovy/Kotlin languages, as an example, there are no such Katas, maybe what you say is more applciable to JS. Anyway, I hope it can serve good for Codewars community.
