No, it's not, read the instructions again:

If that value has two digits, continue reducing in this way until a single-digit number is produced.

It's a bug in the test cases that still isn't fixed.

You're probably missing a bracket somewhere in your code. Find where it's missing and either remove it or add another to counter it.
