You should retire this kata, and maybe use your code to make a C++ translation (with the required adaptations to the specifications of the kata).

It means

    Assert::That(std::vector<std::vector<int>>({{3}}), 
                   Equals(matrix_product({{1}}, {{3}})));

should be

    Assert::That(matrix_product({{1}}, {{3}}), 
                   Equals(std::vector<std::vector<int>>({{3}})));

And same thing for all tests.

Please, could you explain in more detail what exactly is the error? This is my first time doing kata and I don't quite understand what you mean.
