You can't express rating e.g. "4.2" exactly, beause we use only 3 lunar phases (1, 0.5, 0), so result must be rounded to some value in order to unify the task. I thought about quarters (waxing, wanning gibbous), but I didn't know how to implement them here. Sorry if you found the description unclear. Just my first kata ever.

93 passed, and only 1 failed for "2/24/1982". Instead of 'Wednesday', I get 'Tuesday'. What can be my problem here?
