I suppose we all here prefer to code more and spend less time on understanding the requirements)

My suggestion came from this being an 8kyu, where the description came off somewhat ambigious. Given where? How do I access them? Seems I'm not the only one that struggled with this ambiguity. Maybe experience would clear it up, too, but since this was an 8kyu, experience in approach is pretty minimal.
