After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

you are right, there should be
string.ascii_letters.index(char) + 1but the kata itself doesn't have tests for that so even without that it's working properly :(This is not the correct answer since string.ascii_letters.index('b') equals 1, whereas the description expects it to be 2.
