why is the email test6@testdomain.com included in the final results if none of the sales are >= 199?

vs.

"(...)Unfortunately you have selected a bad(...)" (test).

I think that this is a really good kata, but quite a lot of effort is needed to renovate/polish it to make it approvable. When I have time, I will try to do that

why does it need to be converted to integer? Shouldn't count() automatically return only integers?
