Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

It isn't the case for all the other languages but it does look like the translators missed this. Unfortunately it looks like the guy who translated the Python version has been gona for a year+.. and there are > 500 completions.

There is no problem. It's your code that's working improperly.
Why don't you print out the result at each step? It should be blatantly obvious what's wrong with your code once you do that.
