At only 20 minutes for such a complicated description, I think you did very well for someone who is not a native English speaker. I am always amazed by the English skills of people from so many different places on Codewars.

Now that you have figured out the kata, can you suggest exactly how to improve (clarify) specific parts of the description? I am open to suggestions, as always.

I find the description messy, convoluted and very hard to interpret. It took me 20 minutes to finally understand the task.

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, I was surprised myself that it was rated that way. Maybe it's because people seem to have some trouble understanding the description, though I made it as clear as I could.
