Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

Have you since retried? I just completed the crystal version with no issue; you should be able to access the vector properties with dot notation.
That's a bug in the Crystal translation that was fixed 15 minutes ago (your interpretation is good, it should return false).
Exclusive or, either is true but not both. But I've never seen the ⊻ sign. It's usually ⊕, maybe just + when it was clear from context and it was △ somewhere.
Perhaps you should to improve your algorthm ;-)
Thanks! It's there already "The other letters don't have power and are only victims."
Check the other katas from the collection.

Clearly this solution was of the facicious persuasion.
Hardcoded solutions aren't really performing a kata; it's for this reason that many kata authors often go through a fair amount of effort to randomize test cases and have test cases that go far beyond the scope of what someone could reasonably hardcode.
In cases where the kata author has not secured against hardcoding, it's still bad form to do so. It's like going to an aikido match and someone pulls out a gun and shoots their opponent. Sure, maybe they forgot to explicitly put "no guns" in the rules, but even so, shooting clearly isn't the point of the match.
Alternatively, you could provide more helpful feedback to either the submitter or the kata author.
