Loading collection data...
Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.
Get started now by creating a new collection.
Again, there is at least one closer duplicate somewhere in the database, and looking at the satisfaction rate, I doubt yours will go out of beta one day. So...?
Well, honestly, I think that kata is not exactly the same. As JohanWiltink says, there are different ways to solve it.
Talking about mine, and having just one solution, I don't see it as a problem. From my point of view, the purpose of Codewars and many easy katas is to learn things you don't know. If you find yourself looking for algorithms, structures, or just basic things of any language, then the kata has been useful. This is a fundamentals easy kata, so people can search and learn about a very specific thing they may don't know of javascript, I think it has its audience that can learn a lot of it.
Well, provide a better search tool then! x)
Because this "better duplicate" exists for sure (fresh in my mind, since I've done quite a lot of JS easy katas these last few months)
Actually, I did that one differently ( and I did another similar kata differently as well ).
The real problem with this one, IMO, is that it only allows a single solution. But that's not this issue.
I think it would be fair to come up with a better duplicate than that one.
Hi,
Unfortunately, that's a duplicate of others katas we already have. You should unpublish yours, thx.
