Nice exercise, perhaps you could explain the process more specifically with examples to make it clearer instead of having to figure it out on your own.

Not very clear about which IP addresses map to the same MAC address...

Test framework and solution should be imported expliticly in Python.

The random tests are really random as of now ... I think the author forgot to close that issue after making the changes. Hopefully this kata will go out of beta one day

Random tests is not "tests that uses randomly pre-generated input", you should generate them on the fly ;-)

Well, I finally did it, but I still find the thing quite cryptic... :/
The technical documentation actually doesn't help at all (I didn't use it).

Last point: you forgot to update the sample tests about the test.expect thing. ;)
