I know (same with Python) and I usually do it that way; point is that "Fibonacci" is a person name, so it goes uppercase; Xbonacci is a sort of pun on that (and on Tribonacci, still found mostly uppercase). I tried x_bonacci, but it really didn't work for me, so I reverted to Xbonacci, also because that puts more emphasis on the "X" part.
