What if the cap = 100,on = 50,wait = 40?
The number return will be -10.
It supposed to return 0 as Kata Description said.
okay yeah I see now, this one should not work, but sometimes the random tests allow this to pass

Working in Java by any chance? This is a known bug in the test cases - read the other comments here.
Same for the Java description - please rectify this in addition to fixing the test cases noted elsewhere in the comments.
