I have decreased the maximum limit to 64 (just to be safe) for both languages so that it tests to a measurable bound. Thanks for flagging this issue.
This has been solved.
Both PHP and JS versions now have random tests built in.
Tests failure reporting is the wrong way round with PHP - It's throwing the error: "Expected: MYSTRING, Actual: CORRECTSTRING".
