Can this exercise be solved in PowerShell? I'm quite sure my code is correct, my function is returning the expected error at first appearance of a float number yet I'm getting below exception which makes me believe the dataset is out of order:

Expected string length 66 but was 60. Strings differ at index 20.
Expected: {Error(float number):Los Angeles Clippers 104.0 Dallas Mavericks 88}
But was:  {Error(float number):New York Knicks 101.12 Atlanta Hawks 112}
