The reference solution forgets to account for the tail going up:

Random tests: it runs every random test input before every test block, even before fixed tests. It is impossible to correlate which random test corresponds to which input and user logging.

Sample tests are broken:

You don't explain:

• which is x and which is y coordinate in result
• how this spiral behaves

Almost a duplicate to many existing spiral katas.

The examples show it is indeed clockwise.

Based on the example provided, it looks to me like the description should say counterclockwise.

Since the author has been inactive for almost a year, I went ahead and added random tests.

nice kata; add some random tests and it should be ready to graduate from beta.

How to break such complex code to read?
