    It's not that they can't have duplicates, but there has to be 1 to 1 map from one array to another. Just look at the example above: the first number 2 in A1 matches 4 from A2, then 2nd 2 in A1 matches... what?

    This test is correct and passed without "work-arround" by thousand of people (it is included in all languages). Sorry but I think you should read the description again (you missed an important word) and maybe some posts below.

    I do not do Haxe, but please tell me is false the expected answer for this test case? If it is, then the test case is valid. Your solution should return false for these two arrays.
