Seriously though, unless someone gets really cute with their code, there's an easy fix that should work for all solutions, doesn't invalidate anyone's code and doesn't overly complicate things while accepting solutions that use 40 at the same time. I'll probably just change it to that in a bit :)

There're only 11 solutions, it's not like you'll invalidate a few hundred ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

And if it's that much important, you could notify all the users about it.
