I was struggling to see what the goal was, but popped on to the discourse for some clues and your post explained it perfectly!
Oh man... I wish I'd spotted this earlier! My solution was a lot more convoluted spotting a pattern and connection between the supplied row number and the first number on the row rather than the simplest solution of "what is the answer in comparison to the row number"...

Great little Kata, The C# code is pretty straightforward, but it was nice to practice sorting by an object property.
Note to self: read the calculations carefully - I missed you square the radius before multiplying by π.
