I was able to figure it out when building a more complete game.

The biggest issue I have with this kata is that the provided list of fruit is not formatted so folks who want to actually code a solution need to spend unnecessary time creating a formatted list or dictionary.

I'm finding the test results have inconsistencies (or I simply do not understand the instructions).

From sample set:

Notice the empty column before the first header (my code passes this test)

In this case, there is NOT an empty column before the first header, but I do not understand why.
