After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

I'm not aware of any requirement that kata specs make real-world sense.
I am the developer, that's why it's my kata. Should I attribute it to myself? I actually don't have any idea how to do that.
The whitespace requirements are clearly outlined in the description, and are there on purpose. They do have a bearing on the correctness of the solution because that's how the solution was defined.
