Braking is BY a speed. Does this mean that breaking should reduce car speed by that speed?
Example : If car is moving at 100. car.BrakeBy(80); means get the car to 80 or redcue the car speed by 80 i.e. get it 20?

Car2RealTests -> TestAccelerateLowerThanActualSpeed is failing for me. Should I decelrate the car if we try to accelerate to a speed which is below the current speed? Please HELP.
