You can make a new kata at any time. Just make sure to come with a unique enough idea.

Orrrr it will be retired and I can't delete it. Awesome. Yeah not gonna waste my time with this. Gave it a shot. Codewars should definitely add that as a disclaimer when doing the walkthrough of how to use the Kata editor.

That wasn't advice. Not having random tests will get your kata downvoted into automatic retirement before you have a chance to repair things. Do not hit Publish without random tests.
