For "Mastercard" the table states that it should begin with "51-55".
This could be interpreted (as I did) as "the first 5 characters should be a five, a one, a dash, a five and a five"
I think it would be better to spell out that this actually means "the first 2 characters should be within the range 51 to 55"

No test cases and poor explanation of what is required to pass submission
Kata instructions don't mention any changes to Rank. Would be clearer to mention this up front rather than relying on failed tests.
Kata currently expects weird numbers - eg 20.4059 would normally be displayed as 20.40, (twenty pounds and forty pence) but the tests at the minute expect a return of 20.4 (twenty pounds and four tenths of a pound?!)
