Wow, this seems like a pretty clever approach. Much more concise than the way I solved it! I still can't quite wrap my head around how temp works though. With a 3x3 grid and a move of [0,1], wouldn't that make temp -3 and result in an error when trying to increment r.grid[temp] on the next line?
