Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

You can change the description when the translation has been approved.
There isn't well agreement on description updates.
I used to be very rigerous in noting any changes, but a bunch of people complained because if you do that, and they don't approve the translations right away you get hit with description conflicts.
I would vote for having the description noted fully for all languages.
The description should be updated:
This is not true for all languages.
And the conversion explanation makes no sense (IMO).
There is a full example given, what part of it isn't clear?

m sorry but this is very poor tech description - you 100% need to simplify this, its not clear what to do :)The same issue here for JS:
Expected: '19.444444444444446 is above freezing temperature', instead got: '19.444444444444443 is above freezing temperature'
