When I first saw this solution, I thought it was really clever, so I played with it, it broke, and I wondered why. I thought someone else might be in the same boat, so I took the time to try and explain it as best as I could. Part of understanding this solution is understanding when and when it doesn't work, which is important if someone ever wants to try and use this code in a different scenario. Some people will likely find this helpful, while others won't, and that's all right!
Personally, I saw this solution in a similar kata so that's why I thought of it
I always wonder these "if it was this or this case, this would not work".
The case is described in the kata description and that's what we base our solution on and that's it.
