Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

Protip: Unpublish the kata ;-)
So, you've closed the issue of this being a duplicate.
But what are you going to do about it?
Which is a sympathetic idea. :]
May I point you towards the Kata Best Practices, particularly Make Sure Content is New?
Newly creating kata does not absolve you from having to find new ways to introduce new tasks.
I know it's difficult, and it's getting more difficult with every newly published kata - another idea taken away. But do try to create original content, both in task setting and content. Creating another kata that's basically a wrapper around a native method does not really add to CodeWars. Try to create kata that showcase something new, something original!
They don't all have to be purple ones. But they shouldn't all be white ones either. ( I was mainly channeling Voile there, responding to a reply to my issue on that other kata. He's desperate for new, interesting kata. Well, I wouldn't mind seeing those either. :)
Hello JohanWiltink,
Thank you for the feedback!
Although I was able to solve some challenging katas, creating one, has proven to be a whole new level.
So to start my journey, I tried making and editing some easier ones.
Duplicate of USD => CNY.
And that already was a waferthin wrapper around
(*)
.Also we need more purple kata.
