I think there is a problem with the PHP translation. I got some errors on the random tests saying my answer is a binary string. If I var_dump it, it is exactly what the answer is. I don't know where to tweak. I can paste my solution here if needed.

My php code passes the tests but it fails in attempt. I am not sure, why.

I have found 65 matches with same value in same position.

So my average is

65 / (8 * 8 * 28) * 1000 = 36.272321429. But expected is 29.017857143. Which would match, if I have only 52 matches. So what is wrong? Everything else until this number works.
