Loading collection data...
Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

good
Thank you very much for taking the time to answer a noob's question.
That's not an array. Try
console.log(invert([1, 2, 3, -4]));
This is what I passed: console.log(invert(1, 2, 3, -4));
are you sure you're passing in an array to the function?
Why does this solution give me the following error in Visual Studio?
"Uncaught TypeError: array.map is not a function"
You can. Just do it:)
Looks like we came up with almost the same solution: https://www.codewars.com/kata/reviews/57a5c44ae08254d7a4000125/groups/5d88680f23ba73000102b3f7
Is there a reason you can't just do return array.map(x => x * -1)? I mean, if you're multiplying everything by -1 it returns everything's inverse...
This was my solution as well, except I have added one more check to see if
array.length === 0
. But now that I see this, I realise that additional check was redundant. Nice :)Loading more items...
