It didn't work for me; problem is, the test cases have different result than what the actual formula gives. Am i doing something wrong?

• The Given range determine Only the input Year Passed to the function and Since the passed Year in the case above is 8999 <= 9000 so it's Consistent with the range But, the Output year Could exceed this range that's Why you've felt confused, Hope this makes it clearer Now, Oleksandr
