I see what you meant now, you're saying that single digits or palindrome numbers aren't a "new" number when reversed. Let's see what myjinxin2015 thinks about, maybe he'll change the description (he was last seen here in July, tho).
I think you're misunderstanding. The description says:

The description says that you reverse the digits and get
