Loading collection data...
Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

If it helps, imagine you have a measuring tape and you stick some scotch tape over it using the intervals data. When you put some scotch tape over some other already sticked, that's overlapping.
[1,10][2,5][3,12] -> [1, 12]
All the three intervals overlap. Some are fully contained, like [2, 5] in [1, 10], and others only partially [2, 5] and [3, 12] or [1, 10] and [3, 12].
The order you receive the intervals doesn't matter.

The end of one interval is after the start of another, so those two (there can be more tan two tho) intervals count as a single one. One interval can also be contained in another, for example, [1, 6] and [2, 5]
