Here are the details:
Challenge: Stop the helpdesk revolt.
Problem: The helpdesk team is revolting. Most beleive the manager has gone rogue and is unfairly distributing helpdesk after hour's duty schedule. Your goal is to write a fair and equible helpdesk schedule.
With 52 weeks no one person sould be on the schedule for more than 8 times for you team of 6 people.
Technicians: Armando, Anne, Shazam, Lilly, Bob, Sharron
Calendar year: 01/01/2020 - 12/31/2020 52 slots
Schedule: After hours time starts on Wenesday and ends on Wednesday.
Success: all calender slots between the year are filled.
No Techician has more than 8 after hours slots a year.
