Loading collection data...
Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.
Get started now by creating a new collection.
The Numbers should be float not int
what do you mean ? it's there, the description is the same for every language
Kata hint != kata suggestion
64 / 11 > 5
, the expected answer is'Nice Work Champ!'
. Your code is wrong if its answer is not that.64/11 is NOT 5.
Hmm. If you invent your own enum, and it has a problem, then that is your issue -- not an
ISSUE
with this Kata.??
@Phlipside
Interesting. I'd always thought of 't' as the "tail" of my ants.

a
n
andt
if it is written asant
we assume it is alive. Everything that is not written asant
is assumed to be a part of a dead ant.a
,n
,n
) we assume as little alive ants as possible. Therefore this example would result in 2 dead antsIf we take your example:
This tanslates to:
ant a ant anatttt
Meaning we have:
a
,n
andt
redn
yellow, orangea
andt
cyanThe four extra 't's are the four extra heads, there are 4 dead ants here.
I am writing from a second account (the main one is blocked). Sorry, I've been sitting here for about 30 minutes trying to understand my code. But I still don't understand.
Why not?
Yes, you get a rounding error, but there's a simple workaround to eliminate that.
Your general idea is not wrong, but you do need to calculate sides correctly, e.g. AB is actually 2.236.
April only has 30 days.
