    As far as I can remember, when the Typescript translation was written the Typescript type checker considered null and undefined to be valid values of every type.
    TypeScript team doesn't anymore use null but undefined. However, NodeJS style code bases uses null as it denotes something currently unavailable.
    Note that the CW type checker admit null value as a number[].
    I think it is too late to change something now since it will invalidate solutions of guys who scrupulously followed the kata.
