Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

Rewording the phrase "A single day cannot count for more than one day." could lead to something like: "If there are no colleagues present on a certain day, this day does not count as daysRepresented. If there are one ore more colleagues present on a certain day, this day will only count as one daysRepresented."
Both departure and arrival days count as daysRepresented, which shows the difference between this kata and the other kata earlier mentioned.
Hope this helps.

In my opinion the explanation is clear enough. This is a real world problem which is not always defined like a formal mathematical problem. A bit of searching in all the comments gives away the clue. If you want a more precise description of the same problem, visit the kata mentioned by bluiisdave, the second post below this one.
Anyway, if you have a suggestion, feel free to post it.
See the reply to pini85's question. Also the 3x3 blocks should contain nine different numbers. Your example table does not fulfill this requirement.
A hint is not a suggestion. This is explained on the codewars community page.
Suggestion marked as resolved.
Yeah, interesting. Consider the referenced kata as some easy points for your ranking. It was published 4 years before this one. Standards have gone up since the early days.
I guess you mean this one. The position of a digital string in a infinite digital string.
Haha, which it is not, regarding hobovsky's answer.
Hi hlaaftana,
Thx for your translation. I have no understanding of NIM, but I will approve it. I hope you will answer questions about your translation.

If you work on JS you most likely changed n. A golden rule is to never change the input values or you will get unpredictable results.
Approved again. Thx for fixing.
I sometimes open up a second browser to see the initial solution and the simple test suite as guest. For me this is the way to find out about the initial solution without adding the kata to my unsolved katas list.
I presume that a kata is brought to the unsolved katas list the moment the "Train" button is clicked. If this could be changed to the event of clicking on either "test" or "submit" button on the train page, opening a seperate browser is no longer necessary.
Regards.
Thanks for your translation!
Approved!
I don't know Rust, so for resolving questions or anything I rely on you ;-))
This is a very old kata from 2013. Early katas always have a ranking higher than the same kata would have had nowadays. So, if you want te earn easy points, search for old katas.
Happy coding!
Thx for your comment on bracket instruction count. This made my solution pass the tests.
This kata's sensei hasn't been around since february 2018. Little chance this kata will ever be approved I guess.
