agree - this one is probably 5 kyu, though programming part is like 7 kyu, and math has a few tricks one has to figure out.
There's already a library in Python for this which would be a pain to forbid, and nobody's going to translate anything just because you ask.

The point of the kata is to NOT use numbers adition. You can't convert from scientific notation back to normal without losing precision. Think of another approach...
