For some reason, my solution fails the sample test cases but passes the test suite. What's going on here?

The random test expected output is wrong. I intentionallly published it with that test failing to display the error.
the number 411 is correctly spelled with -th at the end because the full-word form is pronounced 'four hundred eleventh'.
