I was add. Check please

• Could you please add two fixed tests with negative input to fixed tests and sample tests? So users are not surprised with "unexpected" positive values for negative terms
• Could you add a sample test with a large input? So users get a feeling of a performance requirement. I am not sure about F#, but in other languages users managed to get up to 1_000_000 with iterative approach, it would be good to find such value which makes sure that iterative approach always fails.

I am fixed it, please review my translation

• Reference solution is timing out and does not pass the tests.
• There's no random tests. If performance is a problem here, then at least one random test with n~=1_000_000 would suffice, but it would be nice to have at leats a few of them.
