Loading collection data...
Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.
Get started now by creating a new collection.

Yeah that often happens - I think after 4 or 5 downvotes a Kata is automatically retired (don't quote me on that - probably says in the docs though).
Lack of random tests will always get flagged by someone as an issue, however I reckon your biggest issue (IMO) is that sadly this Kata isn't very interesting or challenging. It's basically just an exercise in multiplying and adding a couple of numbers together. Users won't get much satisfaction as a result and it has come through in the vote assessments.
A good start but needs a bit of improvement. You've only added one actual test, though within this it does do 100 random checks. Instead those 100 checks should be 100 separate tests, else it is very difficult to debug and see any issues for users. Make sense?
Probably worth having a look at the test setup for some 7/8 KYU JavaScript Katas to see what best practice looks like.
e.g. this solution should not be able to pass
No random tests - see Kata authoring guidelines

though 109 is not a solution here as the digits are not in sequentially increasing order, i.e. 1 > 0?
