Every user with "Edit locked test cases" privileges can modify them. The privilege is granted at 10,000 Honor.

If you need to edit tests but cannot do this, raise a suggestion or issue (if it's bug in tests). But check if it does not exist already somewhere below.

So, for those users who are not powered enough, once any language versions of a kata reaches 500 solves the test cases is locked and it's impossible to edit them anymore (except by @jhoffner himself).

I've lifted the 500 limit for all users who have more than 10k honor. That's currently over 100 users. Lets see how far that gets us and take it from there. I haven't made this a dedicated privilege yet.

I'm not sure what the current rules are, but the thread sums up the reasoning behind why it was put in place.

Yeah, that rule runs on a kata-by-kata basis, some kata ban imports to keep their problems from being trivialized by module functions.

Also careful there, Python guys love their imports, I wouldn't try to take it away from them if I were you.

Infinite; you can at most unlock solutions of katas one rank above you (or lower rank)

I think that's the cheat detection of katas, and they are to the discretion of the author.
