I'd like to know if we can propose edits to existing Katas and translations for approval.

For instance. We could propose some grammar correction, description text format , code style(convention), adding test cases, etc...

We could even raise a issue with a fix/edit proposal in hand.

That way, the quality of Katas will have a great improvement!

PS: Also, some good Katas are under inactive users, which won't approve translations/edits or fix issues. Maybe the ability to do so could be reassigned "by" or "to" moderators.
