Fixed.

Fixed renaming the class name in initial solution, test cases become locked in a language once 500 warriors have solved the kata in it.

In the C# version there is an issue that can be solved in one of two ways: the class name can be renamed to Kata or the unit tests will need to call "SmallestIntegerFinder.FindSmallestInt(int []). Simple fix.
